This Writ Petition has been filed on a sheer apprehension based on an internal report generated by the Regional Wakf Board Officer, Amravati and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra State Wakf Board, Aurangabad.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner apprehends that something wrong is going to

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Writ Petition. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.
