The applicant Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi has put forth prayer clauses B-1 to B-4 as under :- "B-1. The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.87dated 20.02.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for granting approval for issuing E-Tender in prescribed manner for appointing a Contractor to supply manpower / staff required for carrying the work of Swami Nayaran Poli (Chapati) / puri making for the year 2023-2024 by spending the approximate amount of Rs.1,14,36,889/-.

B-2. The applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.89 dated 20.02.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for khs/March 2023/3683

- 2 - granting approval for issuing E-Tender process in prescribed manner for appointing a Contractor to supply manpower/staff required for carrying the work of Food Packets making by spending the approximate amount of Rs.78,34,944/-.

B-3. The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.90 dated 20.02.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for granting approval for issuing E-Tender in prescribed manner for appointing outsourcing agency for the purposes of Sai Prasadalaya Housekeeping, cleaning and pest control and 175 employees for Vadhpi for the year 2023-24 by spending the approximate amount of Rs.6,75,67,753/-.

B-4. The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.91 dated 20.02.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for granting approval for issuing E-Tender for purchase of vegetables for the year 2023-2024 to Shri Sai Prasadalaya for Prasad Bhojan facility of Sri Sai Devotees by spending the approximate amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/-."

We have perused the averments in the application and the provisions cited. We have also noted that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar has signed and approved Resolution Nos.87, 89, 90 and 91, all dated 20.02.2023.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B-1 to B-4.".
