In view of decision in writ petition No. 3510 of 2015, respondent No.4 herein has been held to be ineligible and disqualified to contest the election. As such, this petition which questions legality and propriety of the impugned order overruling the objections of the petitioner on deficit in share capital by respondent No.4 does not deserve any consideration on merits, for, respondent No.4 in present petition is already held to be disqualified and ineligible to contest election. 2.

Present petition, as such, stands disposed of with aforesaid observations.
