The respected applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2918 days which appears to be caused due to their financial crisis.

Though the learned Counsel for the acquiring body strongly opposed the applications but this Court in other connected matters have already condoned such delayed period.

In view of the same, the delay of 2918 days in both these applications stands condoned subject to condition that, the applicants shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the aforesaid delay period. 5.
