The applicant Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi has put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B. The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.97 dated 20.02.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for inviting Etenders for the appointment of new labour contractors for supply of unskilled, skilled contract workers for the year 2023-2024 and applicant may kindly also be permitted to extend the contract of existing contractor if required for the period of one months at the same rate."

We have perused the averments in the application and the khs/March 2023/3684

- 2 - provisions cited. We have also noted that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar has signed and approved Resolution No. 97 dated 20.02.2023.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B.
