3187.24wp (2) it's own merits and in terms of the policies, Rules, Government Resolutions, as may be applicable, within a period of 60 days from today. Since the Petitioner has voluntarily not joined the duties, which we do not appreciate, we would not express any view as regards depriving her of salary or disciplinary action and these issues are left open for the employer to deal with.
