By this application, the petitioner seeks permission to amend the writ petition in order to place on record certain documents that have been obtained after the impugned order was passed by the Scrutiny Committee.

In the interest of justice, the application is partly allowed. The prayer for adding paragraph No.7A alongwith document at Annexure "F-1" is granted. The prayer for adding Scrutiny Committee, Dhule, as party is rejected.
