The applicant Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi has put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B. The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.110 dated 20.02.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for celebrating Shri Ramnavmi Festival - 2023 from 29.03.2023 to 31.03.2023 by spending the approximate amount of Rs.69,55,000/-." 2.

We have perused the averments in the application and the provisions cited. We have also noted that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar has signed and approved Resolution No.110 dated 20.02.2023.
