Initially, by order dated 17.3.2006, this Court permitted the applicant to withdraw 50% of the amount, after giving security to the satisfaction of the Trial Court and further directed to deposit rest of the 50% amount in nationalized bank, initially for a period of three years and thereafter renewable every year.

In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to allow this application. However, it would be just and proper if the matter is fixed for final hearing. The Civil Application is rejected and accordingly disposed of.. List the matter for hearing in the last week of June, 2017. ( V.K. JADHAV, J. ) vbd
