We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides in the backdrop of the order dated 20.03.2024, passed by this Court.

An explanation has been put forth by the Deputy Director of Education vide an affidavit dated 04.04.2024, as well as by the Head Clerk of the Department, dated 08.04.2024. It appears that because the Petitioner was exasperated on account of delay, that he made some remarks and the Head Clerk retorted in similar way. Both are willing to bury the hatchet, which is a

The Deputy Director of Education submits through an affidavit that his intention was not to overbear the authority and majesty of this Court. He did not want a further hearing in the matter. The notice may not have been happily worded for which, he is apologetic.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that now, the Petitioner's grievance is redressed, his name is included in the Shalarth ID, his salary is also released and he expects the arrears to be released by the Government.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

If the arrears of the Petitioner have not been paid, Respondent No.2 shall ensure that the same are cleared within a period of 60 days from today, by following the due procedure laid down in law.
