1] Mr. Talhar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made application on 5.10.2010 with the respondent No.4, for purchase of Gala No.22, T-23, Software Technology Park, MIDC, Chikhalthana. However, no decision has been taken upon the same as yet. 2] Mr. Deve, learned counsel submits that if the said application is pending, the respondent would take a decision on the same in accordance with law and the policy.

3] In the light of above, respondent authority shall take decision on the application of the petitioner (Exhibit C) on its own merits, in accordance with law, and its policy, expeditiously within a period of six months.

4] Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
