Learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that there were in all six claimants before the Tribunal including parents of the deceased i.e. claimants nos.5 and 6. Both of them expired before this court permitted withdrawal of the amount vide order dated 12.12.2024 in civil application no.7467 of 2017. He submits that claimants are only legal heirs of original claimant nos. 5 and 6 and entitled to receive compensation falling to their share. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and disposed of.
