It is an application moved by the applicant / appellant seeking leave to place record the certified copy of the judgment and award passed in L.A.R. Nos. 07/1991 and 08/1991 by the 4th Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Latur by way of additional evidence.

Mr. Manale, learned counsel for the applicant / appellant, Mr. Chate, learned AGP for respondent no.1 / State. Mr. R.B. Deshpande, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear in this application for respondent no.2.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent no.2 opposed to allow this application seeking production of additional evidence on record.

The application needs to be allowed since it being a certified copy of the decision passed by the Reference Court. No prejudice would be caused to the opposite side even if the production is allowed by way of additional evidence.
