It is an application to bring on record legal heirs of deceased claimant Bebabai Suresh Gaykar/Gadkar who died on 25.06.2021. 2.

Heard Mr A.B. Kale, learned counsel for the applicants, Ms Ashwini R. Mate, learned counsel for acquiring body and Mr P.M. Kulkarni, learned AGP for the Sate.

Perused the death certificate and legal heirs certificate of deceased produced along with the list of documents.

It appears that the claimant Bebabai Suresh Gaykar/Gadkar died on 25.06.2021 leaving behind her legal heirs as shown in para No. 2 of the application.

Having regard to the nature of dispute, the application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The appellant/acquiring body to bring on record legal heirs of deceased claimant/applicant No.10- Bebabai Suresh Gaykar/Gadkar by making necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo within a period of six weeks from today.
