Learned advocate holding Mr. S.A. Wakure, appearing for the petitioner submits that order dated 14.03.2016 passed in Regular Darkhast No. 78/2013 is challenged in the present writ petition. According to him, Regular Darkhast No. 78/2013 itself has been disposed of, hence, nothing survives in the writ petition.
