2] Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant does not wish to press prayer clause (B), however, considering the difficulties of the present applicant/appellant, prayer clause (C) i.e. fixing the appeal for final hearing may be granted. He

3] In the circumstances, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C) and disposed of accordingly.
4] Paper book is dispensed with in Criminal Appeal no.809 of 2014. It be kept for final hearing along with connected Criminal Appeal No.784 of 2014 on 9th July, 2015.
