This is an application for withdrawal of the amount. 2.

Heard. The withdrawal of the amount is objected by learned Counsel for the non-appellant No. 1 Insurance Company on the ground that long back the claim was wrongly granted. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, it would be appropriate to grant withdrawal of amount of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rs. Four lac fifty thousand only) to the present applicants. 4.

The civil application is disposed of.
