PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The petitioner is objecting to inclusion of the names of some of the voters in Ward No.2. An affidavit in reply has been presented by Shri Sunil Vithalrao Dhakne, Naib-Tahsildar, Patoda, District Beed, who has stated that proper inquiry has been made in respect of the complaint. The petitioner as well as the concerned voters were heard during the course of enquiry and decision is recorded. We have also gone through the reasons recorded in the affidavit for rejection of the objections raised by the petitioner and we are convinced that the decision is correct and it does not require interference. 2) Considering the explanation tendered on behalf of the respondents, we do not find commission of any illegality or irregularity in preparation of final voters list for holding the elections the village panchayat Ukhanda Tq. Patoda District Beed. The writ petition is devoid of substance and the same stands rejected.
