We have heard learned A.G.P.

This Court on 18.4.2007, had granted Rule and further directed the Corporation to consider the case of the petitioner. This Court in the said order has observed as under : "9.

Prima facie, we are convinced with the plea raised by the petitioner that the petitioner is required to be considered and appointed as a driver from the earthquake affected category. We therefore, direct the Corporation to take appropriate steps in view of our observations made above, within six weeks from today,

in case of claim of the petitioner, and issue appropriate directions/orders"

This Court vide the said order has directed the Respondents to consider appointment of the petitioner as a driver from the earthquake affected category.

Considering above, Rule made absolute in terms of the order dated 18.4.2007. No costs.
