Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, i.e. 80% of the award amount deposited by acquiring body. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant placed on record copy of the order dated 25.7.2022 whereby this Court in other connected matters has permitted withdrawal of 80% amount of award. 4.

As such, the applicant can be is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid 80% amount of compensation i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and remaining 30% alongwith interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.
