The applicant is seeking withdrawal of balance amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon. 3.

It appears that the applicant has already withdrawn 50% amount alongwith the proportionate interest vide order dated 22/08/2022. However, it appears that the enhancement from the reference court is only twice as that of learned SLAO. The applicant is old aged person. As such, considering the enhancement granted by the learned reference court, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire balance amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
