The learned Counsel states that the petitioner is a businessman. Mr. Bora, the learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that fresh talks of compromise are going on and seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner requests for continuation of interim order.
