1] Learned counsel for the applicant points out the order dated 6.9.2013 passed by the Division Bench of this Court. It is further submitted that the applicant is a senior citizen and that the matter was already fixed by the Division Bench, however, due to assignment of matter to the learned Single Judge, the matter is not appearing on the Board of final hearing.
