ORDER:

The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to pass award under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short "Land Acquisition Act"). 2.

We have heard learned AGP.

Section 4 of the notification was issued on 01.04.2013 and thereafter the award has not yet been passed.

Considering the above, the respondents will have to initiate proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act. The respondents shall commence initiation of the land acquisition proceedings, if they are intending to acquire the land, within a period of three months from today and thereafter shall complete the proceedings as stipulated under the Land Acquisition Act.
