This is an application for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Respondent No.2 is duly served, however she is absent. Learned advocate Ms. Sonali G. Sonwanshi is appointed to represent her cause. 2.

Learned A.P.P. submits that now the charge sheet is filed and therefore, this application has become infructuous. Thus, the application is disposed as infructuous.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant will file an application for bail before the trial court and the trail court may be directed to decide the said application as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above, the trial court is directed to decide the bail application, if filed by the applicant, within a week from the date of its filing, on its own merits.
