Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.101 of 2021, registered with Police Station Shivajinagar, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 66, 66(C) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail. Hence, the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant JUBER ALAM ABDUL HAKIM be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.101 of 2021, registered with Police Station Shivajinagar, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 66, 66(C) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall furnish Adhar Card of his and his parents, his permanent residence proof in the State of Bihar and his mobile number which he is using, with further undertaking that he would not change the said number till the conclusion of the trial. (b) Till the conclusion of the trial, he shall report his presence at his residence, on first day of the month to the police station in which jurisdiction he resides in the State of Bihar.

(c) He shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.

(d) He shall refrain himself from involving in a similar crime.
