It is an application for withdrawal of compensation amount moved by the applicants/original claimants.

Heard Mr A.H. Koralkar, learned Advocate for applicants and Mr S.N. Morampalle, learned A.G.P. for respondents no.1 to 3/State. Perused the copy of order dated 2.12.2021 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.12807 of 2021 in First Appeal No.1315 of 2021. By taking the same recourse, I proceed to pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

933-6057-2022CA (ii) The applicants are further permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
