Shri Mote, the learned advocate representing respondent Nos.4 and 5, submits, on instructions, that the proposal for acquisition under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, would be tendered to respondent No.2 within two months. We record this statement and we expect such proposal to be filed with the office of respondent No.2, on or before 31.12.2021.

In view of the above, we direct the concerned authority to ensure that the award is delivered as per the 2013

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners are ready and willing for private negotiations. We keep this option open.
