The respondent - Gunda Hanmanta Lande is dead and therefore, this application is filed by his LR's to join them party in the appeal.

Heard learned counsels for the applicant, counsel for the acquiring body as well as AGP for the State. Perused the death certificate. I do not find any legal impediment to bring the LR's of sole claimant on record. Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses A and B. 3.

Appellant to carry out amendment. Civil Application is disposed of.
