Learned counsel submits that though finding of the Civil Court is in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner has time and again applied to the authority for mutation of his name in the property card/ revenue record, the application is not attended by the authority. 2.

In case the petitioner has filed application with respondent No.3 and the respondent No.3 is competent to decide it, then the respondent No.3 shall take decision upon the application of the petitioner for mutation of his name in the property card/revenue record on its own merits and in accordance with law after following the principles of natural justice and hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
