The petitioners claim that they are working with seventh respondent - Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal. According to the petitioners, their various dues as shown in chart Exh.A are not being paid by respondents no.5 and 6 though the proposals to that effect have been submitted by respondent no.7.

(6) Having regard to the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondents no.5 and 6 to examine the petitioners' claim as detailed in chart Exh.A along with the representation and in case any amount is found payable to the petitioners, to pay the same to them.

Let this exercise be done by respondents no.5 and 6 within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioners are directed to serve Exh.A along with copy of this order on respondents no.5 and 6.
