The Applicant/ original Petitioner prays for staying the impugned judgment dated 06.03.2014 delivered by the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar in Miscellaneous Civil Application (ULP) No.5/2012. By the impugned judgment, the Industrial Court has awarded the pensionary benefits for an amount of Rs.96,900/- along with interest at the rate of 8% p.a. to the Non-Applicant/ Employee. The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the

*2* ca.4902.14.922 Employee has already superannuated on attaining the age of 60 years in the year 2011. The Applicant has already deposited the entire amount with interest as was directed by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2014. In the light of the above, this Civil Application praying for staying the impugned judgment dated 06.03.2014 has become infructuous and is, therefore, rejected.
