Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 25/02/2020 whereby registration of their first appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 8 days in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 25/02/2020 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks.

It is clarified that if the office objections are not removed witthin two weeks, the appeal would be dismissed without reference to the court. 5.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
