ORDER :

The appeal is filed by original respondent of Hindu Marriage Petition to challenge the decision of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner by which divorce is given in favour of present respondent. Today the learned counsels appearing for both the sides produced terms of compromise. They submitted and make a statement that the parties have started living together since 2010 and they have settled the dispute and they are not interested in getting the divorce. In view of these submissions and terms of compromise following order is made.

O R D E R

(i) The appeal is allowed. The judgment and decree of divorce delivered by the Trial Court in HMP No. 78/2005 is hereby set aside and the said proceeding is disposed of in terms of compromise. Civil Application disposed of.
