Mr. Rakhunde, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 2 has obtained the validity certificate by suppressing many facts and the fact that he belongs to different State. The respondent No. 7 belongs to village Yelwat, Tal.: Mudhol, Dist.: Adilabad (State of Telangana). 2.

We have heard the learned A. G. P. and the learned counsel Mr. Bhosle for respondent No. 7.

The petitioner appears to be a defeated candidate in the election.

The petitioner may make an application to the committee which has decided the validation proceedings of respondent No. 7 alongwith necessary documents. The committee on perusal of the said documents and after hearing the petitioner and respondent No. 7 shall take decision whether it would be worthwhile to reopen the proceedings. Same be considered expeditiously.

With this observation the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
