Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has been before this Court against an order whereunder her application form for Postal D.Ed. course had been refused to be accepted and appeal therefrom had also been rejected.

This Court under its order dated 08-07-2010 had issued Rule and alongwith the same, had granted interim relief, whereunder respondent no. 2 had been directed to allow the petitioner to take admission to Postal D.Ed. course in the next batch and further that upon completion of D.Ed. course, the respondent - Zilla Parishad was expected to decide the issue in respect of approval of petitioner's service and effective date be given to such approval.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that according to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has taken admission to the D.Ed. course.

In the circumstances, the purpose underlying the Writ Petition gets worked out substantially and, as such, it would be expedient to dispose of the Writ Petition in terms of order dated 08-07-2010.
