This matrimonial dispute was referred for mediation. The mediation is successful and the parties have amicably settled their dispute through mediation. The settlement agreement, duly signed by both the parties, their respective advocates and the learned Mediator, is placed on record. The same is marked "X" for identification.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent is permitted to deposit the Demand Draft of Rs.4 lakh, available with him, with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The said amount shall be paid to the wife, as per the terms of the settlement. 3.

Family Court Appeal, is therefore disposed of in terms of the terms of settlement at Exhibit-X.
