Perused the order passed by Division Bench of this Court on 02.07.2014.

It is not a matter of dispute that the Collector has caused inquiry into the allegations made by petitioners through the Ombudsman and report has been received by the Collector. It is also pointed out by the contempt petitioners that the persons, against whom the Ombudsman has recommended action, have approached this Court by presenting writ petition and interim orders are passed while entertaining such petition.

In any case, there is no violation or breach of the order passed by the Division Bench on 02.07.2014. The Contempt Petition is devoid of substance.

Hence stands dismissed.
