Heard both sides.

In view of the difficulty that is expressed by the applicant that he may not be able to give amount of Rs.50,000/- which was directed to be given as per the order passed by this Court on 02-03-2021, he is requesting for installments, he is ready to deposit amount of Rs.20,000/- immediately, under such circumstance, the order passed by this Court on 02-03-2021 is hereby modified as follows ; "The petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/- in following installments :

He should deposit amount of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) on or before 06-04-2021 and the respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw the said amount after its

CriAppln 740-2021 deposit.

Further amount of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) is allowed to be deposited in two (2) installments of Rs.15,000/- each (fifteen thousand) to be deposited on or before 04-05-2021 and 30-062021 respectively." 3.

Further, if the applicant fails to abide by this schedule, then the interim protection granted earlier by this Court would stand vacated automatically.
