This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition with a prayer for condoning the delay in making the request, the writ petition having been dismissed in default for non-removal of the office objections.

Learned advocate Mr. Sikchi holding for Mr. Patil for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 strongly opposes the application. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to the condition that the office objections would now be removed within three weeks.
