The Petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus to Respondent No. 2 Company, to permit the Petitioner to apply for the recruitment process under the Advertisement No. 06/2023 dated 29.12.2023, through online process. We have perused the advertisement. Clause 2(a & b) are clear and the Petitioner is not eligible to make an application.

At this juncture, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that there could be several candidates in the State of Maharashtra who may have completed ITI after 8th standard. If in future there is

970-WP-3067-2024.odt any such advertisement which prescribes the qualification of 10th + ITI, the Petitioner would challenge the same.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained being devoid of merit, and the same is dismissed.
