When the petition was called out for hearing on couple of dates earlier, none appeared for the petitioner. This Court, in its order dated 15th April 2015, specifically observed that if nobody turns up for the petitioner on the next date, the matter will be dismissed. It appears that, on 24/4/2015, again adjournment was sought by the counsel for the petitioner. Today none appears for the petitioner. 2.

It appears, this application is filed taking exception to the F.I.R. No.I-382/2013, registered with Shrirampur City Police Station, under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Thereafter, charge sheet is filed. For the reasons aforesaid, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
