Respondent No.2 - District Collector, Parbhani, vide its letter dated 19th March, 2025, has directed Respondent No.4 - Deputy C.E.O., (Grampanchayat), Zilla Parihad, Parbhani to hold the meeting and take a decision.

We, therefore, direct Respondent No.4 - Deputy C.E.O. to hold the meeting before 31st March, 2025 and further act as directed vide letter dated 19th March, 2025 issued by Respondent No.2 - District Collector, Parbhani and take further steps as per Government Resolution dated 16th March, 2024. 3.
