Mr Rahil Kazi, learned Advocate holding for Mr P.R. Katneshwarkar, learned Advocate for respondents no. 4 to 6 is present and he has no objection to withdraw the petition. Respondent no.1 though duly served remained absent.

It is stated that respondents no.4 to 6 are the main contesting parties. As such, presence of Mr Rajeev Deshmukh, learned Advocate for respondents no. 2 and 3 may not be required.
