By the present application, the applicants are seeking amendment in the petition and prays to add SMBT Charitable Trust Through its Dean as well as the Maharashtra State University of Health Sciences, Nashik, Through its Registrar (As per Exhibit X-1), as party respondents. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and the same stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

Amendment be carried out forthwith.
