By the present Application, the revision applicant in Criminal Revision Application No. 147 of 2003 (original accused) seeks permission to add the original complainant as party respondent no.2 in the Revision Application, since it appears that the respective parties to the Revision Application have arrived at an amicable settlement. In view of this, the Application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". 4.
The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The original complainant be added as party respondent no.2 in the Revision Application, forthwith.
