The learned counsel for the applicant submits that while granting interim protection this court directed the applicants to deposit some amounts and in pursuance of the same, the amounts are deposited before this court to prove their bonafides and the applicants were granted anticipatory bail. Since, the amounts are deposited, the present applicant seeks withdrawal of the amounts.

However, since, the amounts are deposited to show bonafides and the criminal proceedings are pending, it is directed that the amounts be transmitted to the trial court in Crime No.393/2018 corresponding to Special Case No.167/2019 pending before the Special

2 909 Judge, MPID under the MPID Act, Ahmednagar and the trial court may pass appropriate orders thereon at the conclusion of the trial. 3.
