Due to passage of time, the petition has rendered infructous. 2.

The petitioner demanded construction of Suez Line in Harsul area of Aurangabad City.

In reply, the Corporation assured that the work would be undertaken before 2005.

We are now in 2015. We are hopeful that the Municipal Corporation must have undertaken the said work prior to year 2005 and the grievance of the petitioner must have been mitigated. 5.

Petition stands disposed of.
