Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

Both applicants are brothers. They run the lodge. They have a case that they have been falsely implicated in the case. They have no concern with the alleged offence. They had simply gave the rooms on rent. But, the women made the false allegations that applicant No.1 made the customer available to the so called women. Whatever money was recovered, was the rent of the room. Unfortunately, all the customers had with women, who were involved in sex on consideration. There are no antecedents to their discredit. Nothing is to be recovered
from them. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the detention would serve no purpose. Therefore, the bail can be granted on certain conditions. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant No.1. GOVIND SHRIMANTAPPA LOKHANDE and 2. BABU SHRIMANTAPPA LOKHANDE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.80 of 2023, registered by Police Station Kallam, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 370A(2) read with Section 34 of the IPC and Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, on the following conditions :
(a) The applicants shall attend the Police Station as and when called on written notice by the Investigating Officer till filing charge sheet. (b) They shall not involve in a similar crime.
(c) They shall verify the identity of the customers before giving the rooms on rent and strictly follow the rules henceforth.
