Mr.Paithankar, learned counsel submits that verification is required to be done of the Petitioner with the defence. As verification is not yet done, the amount of pension is not yet released to the Petitioner nor the Bank has received it.
Mr.Dalal, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Respondents are insisting to get the verification done by the learned Judge of the District Court or the District Magistrate. However, they do not verify the identity of the person.
The difficulty of the Petitioner can be considered. The Petitioner may get the verification about the identification done before the Notary and also the Executive Magistrate. After getting verification done from both i.e. Notary as well as the Executive Magistrate, the papers be submitted to the defence, which the defence will consider and process the same, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of
